Beautiful villa which is located 800 meter from Sassetta, an amazing medieval village on the hills of the Etruscan coast, 12 km from Marina di Castagneto beach. It is located in a green area rich of charming landscape from where you can make excursion to some beautiful medieval villages as Bolgheri (famous for its Sassicaia wine) and Massa Marittima, or visit the ancient Etruscan necropolis Populonia (25 km).
The villa is situated 500 m. above sea level in a secular forest with about 700 sq.m. of private fenced garden. The house is well furnished, with 8 sleeping places (addictional 5 sleeping places are available upon request), and it is 160 sq.m. with external paving of 100 sq.m. It comprises of a ground floor with kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and veranda.
The main entrance is on the ground floor and leads into a large living room which contains 2 very comfortable sofa beds each capable of sleeping two persons, (either as two singles or one double bed),a fire place, Sat Tv and a door-windows leading to the terrace with barbecue.
On ground floor there is also a kitchen area with all the necessary cooking equipment, and a toilet where there is a washing machine.
The stairs leading to the first floor open out onto the landing where there are two sofa beds, and a french windows leading out onto the balcony that overlooks the swimming pool.
On the right there are three doors, each leading to a double bedroom (+ extra single bed) with en-suite bathroom. From the second and third bedrooms one has access to a shared balcony with panoramic views. This balcony with its lovely view and situation is a very pleasant place.
