Marina di Castagneto Carducci is a beautiful village on the Etruscan coast, south of Leghorn and only 30 km north of Piombino, main harbour for the ferries to the Elba Island. From Marina di Castagneto is possible to visit some amazing medieval villages as Bolgheri (famous for its Sassicaia wine) and Massa Marittima, or visit the ancient etruscan necropolis Populonia (25 km). The apartments are on the 3rd and last floor of a building (lift available). In the building there is a small shopping centre including bar, restaurant and hotel. For those that crave the sea, this is the ideal place, almost like going on a cruise but finding out that your feet are still on the ground
