This beautiful farmhouse is located on the hills surrounding Pisa, in a quiet and splendid, panoramic position. The colours of these soft green hills, rich in wine yards and olive groves, are one of the most charming landscape in Tuscany. The structure comprises an old colonial house of the 18th century, and a barn, completely renovated . The Podere (farm) is located in a central position from where you can easily reach the most important and beautiful towns of Tuscany such as Pisa, San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca and Florence. It has a big green park (ca. 7000 sq.m.) , private car parking, table tennis, a big swimming pool surrounded by the beautiful garden, with a Jacuzzi area. For clients which prefer to stay in the shadow, enjoying a book in the tranquillity of the country there is a gazebo at their disposal. Considering its position in the middle of the countryside far away from the road and all the noise this holiday house is suitable for families with children. At the Podere there is also a play ground for children . The farmhouse is a stone house, renovated respecting the old traditions of the country, and the apartments are all furnished in the typical Tuscan style and with cotto tiled floor and wood beam ceilings. Independent heating. Each apartment has a private area. Twice a week will the owner prepare some good Tuscan dishes.
