Volterra and Pisa are distant only 35 km : also Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Lucca are also easy to reach.
In the property there are a Sat-tv room, a nice little room for wine tasting (home made production), a swimming pool, a children playground, a washing machine, tennis table and a large car parking.
There are a couple of studios for 3 people and the other apartments are for 4-5 people, nicely furnished, and all have a private patio or terrace. Ground floor with living room with a kitchen corner (4-gas fire, fridge), double bedroom , bathroom with shower.
