This wonderful farmhouse is located within a few kilometres from Montaione, a nice medieval village, set in the hearth of Tuscany, between Florence, Pisa and Siena, near Volterra and San Gimignano. The complex, which was built in 1861 and changed at various times, comprises of a Spanish styled villa dating back to 1945 and three other stand-alone buildings. It is all enclosed in a splendid park of marine pines, surrounded by cypresses that offer a most unique atmosphere. The days are filled with the sound of birds, while the presence of pheasants and wild ducks blend perfectly with the splashes of two gracious swans that live in the near-by lake. There is a large conservatory with a good view. It is furnished with a wooden oven and a fire-place that offer the possibility of spending pleasing hours in good company.
The complex also offers two swimming pool (one for adults and one for children) with wide solarium furnished with deck chairs, sun beds and beach umbrellas. Pets are welcome.
