Nice and comfortable semidetached house located at the entrance of the hamlet of Santa Lucia, on the Versilia Hills. Versilia is a wonderful area of North-West of Tuscany, facing the beach of the Tyrrhenian Sea. The beaches are only 9 km of distance, and Pietrasanta, a wonderful little medieval village, where you can find a lot of Art workshops and exhibitions, is only 8 km away. Lucca and Pisa are only ½ driving distance. In the village there is a restaurant, but it’s most important characteristic is its position. The village is located on the top of a little hill facing the coast, so that the view from there is wonderful. Our house is right few steps from the village, in a light windy place, so that it is pleasant to stay on the terrace during the sunny season. The house is on 3 levels: entrance from the large terrace level (ca. 60m2), from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the coast and the seaside. The sunset is magnificent. On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, a large kitchen with dining area, and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with an extra single sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. Private car parking.
