The carefully renovated complex, extends over an area of about 1000 square metres and consists of the main farmhouse in stone, built with the Amerina technique of the 1600's, where you can find the communal areas and the majority of the rooms, and a second smaller farmhouse. All areas are characterised by an evocative expression of elegance with careful attention to fine details: refined fittings, antique paintings, furniture and accessories, precious drapery, decorated ceilings, the large double fireplace in the lounge, antique doors with their original locks, terracotta flooring. Spacious and refined communal areas characterise the exclusiveness of the residence: the restaurant dining-room, the verandas, the library with Wi- Fi internet access, the lounge, the bar and the wine cellar with 3,200 compartments made of antique roof tiles to accommodate the bottles. The exterior presents an immaculate Italian garden with fragrant flower beds, a wood with holm oaks and chestnut trees and a shaded lake. The restaurant consists of a large dining-room and two external loggias, facing respectively to the east and to the south, to enjoy the fresh air during the summer and the warmth of the sun in the cooler seasons. From the splendid infinity pool you can enjoy the magical panorama over the valley, which slips sweetly away from the olive trees to the fields below, to rise again along the cypress trees to disappear beyond the medieval tower.
