Luxury villa on farm estate situated in the heart of Tuscany in the famous "CHIANTI" wine area in Central Tuscany with a striking view of the Chianti hills with olive trees, vineyards and woodland only 25 km southeast of Florence. This elegant self-catering villa for rent as a holiday home, offers hospitality and an invitation for a peaceful holiday, at the same time offering a focal point for trips to Etruscan Fiesole, Florence of the Medicis and the Renaissance, Siena with its Comuni, Pisa and its Tower, and others places, both large and small, in the neighbourhood, all to be discovered, to relish the charm of local wine, gastronomic, cultural and handicraft traditions.The owner's country home, fully restored with antique and modern furniture where you can enjoy all these things which are part of the Tuscan life. The villa with its own privat garden sleep 10 people and the farm sleeps a total of 19 guests.It has a lovely pool in a well kept garden seperate from the houses.

The Villa is furnished in the elegant Tuscan style,has terracotta tile floors and parquet and is composed as follows:Independent entrance with a large private,walled garden which has a handsome stone table for wonderful meals outside, a downstairs kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher,washing machine and refridgerator.Then there are a flight of terracotta stairs to the entrance hall.First floor has a large living room with sofas,armchairs,billard table,TV,telephone,stereo,fireplace. Next to this is a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining area.Then there is a double bedroom with single beds just inside the entrance hall .Next to the kitchen along a passage way there is double bedroom with small bathroom next to it with a shower and next to that a large bathroom.The second floor has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 with single beds,a bathroom with a Jacuzzi and hyromassage and shower. There is a large terrace with table and chairs.
You have the chance to rent the villa for 6 or 8 people taking advantage of of our dicounted fares.
