Beautiful villa located in Rivalto, a small medieval village between Chianni and Casciana (famous spa wellness center),in the province of Pisa.
It's a beautiful and quiete place.
The house is located 300 meters from the village, in a splendid panoramic position.
In the village of Chianni, to walk distance, there are restaurants with typical Tuscan cuisine.
The paths around the country, are ideal for walking and enjoying the beautiful landscape, rich in olive groves and vineyards typical of Tuscany.
The villa, an old stone house, has been completely renovated and furnished with great taste and comfort.
It's divided into two completely independent apartments, but the house can be also rented as a whole villa for eight people.
