Beautiful villa which is located 800 meter from Sassetta, an amazing medieval village on the hills of the Etruscan coast, 12 km from Marina di Castagneto beach. It is located in a green area rich of charming landscape from where you can make excursion to some beautiful medieval villages as Bolgheri (famous for its Sassicaia wine) and Massa Marittima, or visit the ancient etruscan necropolis Populonia (25 km).
The villa is on the top of a small hill in a chestnut in a 2000 sq. m. park. The house is 500 m. a.s.l., ideal for a completely relaxing holiday. The house has just been refurbished to a very high standard, the floors are in a light tile throughout, kitchens and bathrooms included. The fixtures and fittings are of a high standard, in harmony with the surroundings. From all the apartments the view towards east stretches across the "Pian delle vigne" plains to the villages dotted across the rolling Tuscan hills. The house consists of three apartments which.
