The Cottage is a detached house on 2 floors of 220 square meters located on the hills near the city of Siena (4km).
Located on a hill it offers a beautiful panorama that sweeps from Chianti to Val d'Orcia.
Access to the house is through a stone staircase.
Another wooden staircase leads then to the first floor, attic, where through a hallway leads to a bathroom with shower, a very small single room, a bedroom with double standards and then again to a large double room with standard bed with bathroom with shower.
The ground floor entrance, leads into the kitchen and a living room of 55 sqm with a beautiful fireplace. From the lounge you access to a large double room with large double bed, a standard double room and one single room. There are also a large bathroom with tub and shower and another bathroom.
Outside there are gardens and a pool.
The garden is well cared for with lots of roses and flowers in clay pots.
In the garden there is also a gazebo and an umbrella in wood with a large table, chairs with cushions and loungers.
The pool measures mt.6x12. and has a maximum depth of 220cm.
