Description

We are located in Tuscany, 38 km south of Siena and 50 km north of the Maremma area, along the �via Francigena�, the historical medieval road that goes from Scotland to Rome, and in the �Val di Merse Natural Reserve', of outstanding beauty.
The buildings have been reconverted with comfort in mind and with the attention to retain their original character. It has full central heating, handmade terracotta floors, chestnut wood beamed ceilings and interiors decorated in subtle natural colors.
The villa is huge and ideal for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with shower.
You can either rent one or more holiday apartments (communal areas as the garden and the swimming-pool will be shared with other guests) or you can choose to rent the Villa for your own family or friend�s group (all areas are private for you). This villa is a also the ideal place to celebrate a romantic wedding, appreciated for their simple elegance.
Pls note that a person in charge is resident in an apartment at the back of the Villa, to take care of the swimming pool and general assistance. The privacy of our Customers is guaranteed.
The swimming-pool (11x6 mt.) is open May 1st-October 31st and is the perfect place to laze on a hot sunny day. The wooden gazebo by the pool provides a shaded area for outdoor eating and relaxing. Garden tables with chairs and a barbecue are also available. There is covered, unattended parking for 6 vehicles.
At Reception, there is an Internet point for checking emails.
Monticiano village is in walking distance from the Villa, and has all major conveniences, including traditional restaurants serving Tuscan food. Bus services to and from Siena and Grosseto run twice daily.
The nearby forests offer countless opportunities for trekking, horse-trekking and mountain biking on well-signed trails. Wine-tasting guided tours to a winery estate in Montalcino, Brunello wine County, can be arranged. Here wines are produced succesfully applying musictherapy in the vineyards.
