Description

Beautiful farm holidays located in the Lunigiana, the Northwest area of Tuscany. This holiday accommodation is an old rural district, built with stone, dating back to the 18th century. The present owners brought it back to the original condition in 2004 with a patient restoration. The building is situated on a pleasant hill, just 2.5 km from Pontremoli, the most important town of Lunigiana, a valley in which flows the Magra river and where it is possible to see many archaeological sites, with roman and medieval villages remains , fine urban buildings, towers, fortifications and churches, baroque villas together with a rich and still wild nature. Lunigiana is also known for its trekking routes or riding tracks. The stone holiday farmhouse is located on a hill with a beautiful view over the owner vineyard and over the Apuan Alps. Carrara, Pisa, Lucca or the Cinque terre are easy to reach.
At client�s disposal there are 2 typical apartments, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. Both with living room with kitchen corner, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. Nice veranda with private area for each apartment. Large garden and beautiful swimming pool with view. Barbecue. Furthermore it is possible to taste the wine of the owner and visit the small wine cellar.
