Our farm holiday estate consists in a beautiful Villa of the eighteenth-century and other independent Farmhouses or Cottages distant each other to enjoy a very privileged privacy and characterized by ascetic beautiful vistas in the quiet of the woods and fields, embedding Perugia- Gubbio and Assisi, together with the smell of a clean environment.
Villa Cottage is a beautifully restored farmhouse of approximately 220 square metres, furnished with antique original furniture, it consists of Cottage Gubbio and Cottage Umbertide, the same are located on two floors ....
First floor: 2 living room with fireplace, 2 fully equipped kitchens to enjoy the most possible guests' stay (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven ,...) 1 double and 1 triple room with original antique beds (1 belonged to a count) Wooden carved and 2 bathrooms with shower. The second floor overlooks the first floor by a beautiful wooden loft, creating a wonderful scenery, consisting of 2 additional bedrooms, these furnished with original antiques, such as 2 fabulous four-poster bed and 4 singles in with slatted and orthopedic mattresses. To complete this spledid relaxation we have 2 bathrooms with Jacuzzi bath. They are also equipped with TV with satellite receiver, big Garden with patio and Pool, just in front.

Cottage Gubbio is part of the beautiful 18th century Villa Casolare, beautifully restored and furnished with antique furniture; approximately 110 square meters, spread over two floors with private entrance and down to every detail to ensure that guests feel at home, enjoying all the comforts.
First floor: Living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen to make as simple as possible the guests' stay (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven ,...) 1 triple bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The second floor consists of 1 bedroom, decorated with antique furniture, fabulous four-poster double bed and 2 single beds with orthopedic mattresses. To improve your relax the cottage has been equipped with a further bathroom with Jacuzzi, TV with satellite receiver, Garden and Pool.
The park is looked after with great care, has beautiful trees and plants that give the garden delicate color scent and fulfill the air with the sweeter essences from early spring until late summer. The park is perfect for walking, cycling, and any other activity, ever in the most 'absolute privacy. The swimming pool with chlorine chemical-free operation, is in the midst of this paradise, totally private and situated in a panoramic position misura14x5m. Guests can use the comfortable loungers and umbrellas that are placed around it. Both the garden and the pool are illuminated at night time, creating a wonderful atmosphere. There is also a Barbecue to enjoy your stay with your friends, and living at full the beautiful Umbria area. |
